It is my experience that there are SO many resources out there- from free educational video games to lessons for teaching to scholarships and more- and many are not being utilized. Here is a list of great STEM resources that I have found. Please note that these were accurate at time of posting but I can't be responsible for the content. FIRST	Not-for-profit Robotics competition organization devoted to helping young people discover STEM
Girls, Inc. Girls who CODE	Non profit empowerment program for girls to be "smart strong and bold"  to include STEM activities Summer program that teaches computer science, coding, and more
Iridescent Learning	STEM Learning materials for all ages, from the basic to the high tech (apps, games, etc), programs and grants
Journal of women and minorities in STEM	Academic studies, articles, and research on women and minorities in STEM careers
Lab TV	Provides showcase videos of DoD labs, careers, and unique and nifty  STEM concepts
National Defense Education Program	Defense programs, highlights, careers and individuals, resources
National Girls Project	Advancement of girls through STEM. Programs, connections,   resources, directory, etc.
National Math and Science Initiative	STEM resources for teachers, lesson plans, trainings, research
Naval Research Enterprise Internship Program	Provides paid summer internships to college  students in DoD l aboratories nationwide.
Neuroscience for Kids	Website with resources, activities, careers, etc on neuroscience

Rocket Mavericks	Rocket related curriculum and competition to include payload delivery, and other challenging objectives.
Science and Engineering Apprentice Program	Provides paid summer internships to high school students in DoD l aboratories nationwide.
SeaPerch	Educational tool, kit, and curriculum to construct a simple,   remotely-operated underwater vehicle.
DoD STARBASE	Educational activities and STEM advocacy for 5th graders and minorities
STEM 2 STERN	Information portal for students, teachers, counselors, and mentors

Women in Defense	Organization of women and men who support DoD. Offers scholarships, networking, and other resources.
