I love the power of women in STEM and using STEM all around the world, they boldly go where no women has gone before, take for example Asmaa Mahfouz who sparked a revolution with Youtube or the women of Harrassmap who harness SMS (Short Message Service, or texting) messaging to enable "high performance mapping to identify and mitigate social, economic, and environmental problems now so they don’t become humanitarian disasters later, and helps communities advocate for better living conditions".
